CHALLENGE
As an interior designer, our client needed their London Mews home to convey their own talent and not be overshadowed by the canvas, being the house.

The existing rooms were small and dark, making it difficult to present and enjoy the interior pieces. These renovations needed to simply produce a delightful way for the interior designer to showcase their collection of furnishings, fabrics and ornaments in a way where their style was at the forefront.

SOLUTION
The design is a simple, neutral architectural backdrop using alcoves, feature lighting, and light coloured materials such as stone. These elements help create the perfect spaces to showcase a feature item or convey a tone. Natural light was increased through the use of roof lights while full height floor-to-ceiling mirrors helped expand the sense of space.

New, individual minimalist style bathrooms, kitchen, reception rooms and bedrooms were all included in the project. The project was a collaboration of creative strengths, resulting in an inspiring and delightful space.
