Contemporary Vernacular New House

This new, compact individual home was designed for a small local developer, Wey Developments, who wanted a high-quality design for this bespoke property. We worked to design something new which still reflects positive local vernacular, scale and characteristics. The diamond pattern brickwork and windows add richness to the front elevation with a bay which creates a visual link to the street. At the rear of the house, the family kitchen has an open cut roof and sliding doors which provide plenty of natural light and allow the space to open seamlessly onto its own private garden.
